Lily O'Brien's Chocolates

Curratech was commissioned in 2003 to design and develop a full e-commerce website for Lily O'Brien's Chocolates.

The brief was to provide a full brochure site for the full range of products and to provide a fully automated on-line purchasing facility.

There were also facilities for the following

• customers to upload their own photographs for customising boxes
• customers to chose their own packaging and text for customising boxes
• customers to join the Chocolate Lover's Club by pre paying for 1,3,6,9 or 12 months
• Club members to cast their votes and comments on the samples sent to them

Over the three years to the end of 2006, traffic to the site increased four-fold.

On-line income from the site trebled with a corresponding increase in orders.
